Shipping & Returns
We currently ship with FedEx and USPS. Our shopping cart automatically calculates shipping prices for online orders. Shipping prices for mail and phone orders can be calculated using the shipping table found in the printed catalog.

Out Of Stock / Backorders:
If an item is out of stock when the order is placed you will have the option to wait for the item to become available and ship your order complete or exclude the out of stock items and ship the remaining order incomplete. CDCR Packages: All items from one order must be shipped at the same time in the same box. Backorders are not available for CDCR packages and will not be sent.
If the shipping carrier attempts delivery and you are not available to receive your package, the shipping information given was incorrect, you are not currently allowed to receive mail, etc., the package will be returned to us. We will contact the person who placed the order for corrected information. Shipping charges may be charged again to ship it out again. The original shipping charges plus a 15% restocking fee will be charged and subtracted from your refund amount.
- If a shipment comes damaged from shipping or is defective, please contact us within 15 days of receiving the package so that we can make arrangements for exchange or refund.
- We will replace or exchange any defective or damaged merchandise. Please have it documented upon receiving.
- If you no longer want an item that was ordered but it is not defective or damaged, it may be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Items must be in unopened original packaging.
- Returns are not available for custom made items, customized items, and any other item which states that it is "All Sales Final" or "No Returns" in the item description.
- Shipping costs are not refundable.
- All returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- All shipping charges and restocking fees will be subtracted from refund amount or exchange credit.
